Guidelines
General Guidelines
- Registration is mandatory for scientific presentations.
- Presenter: UG/PG/Faculty/ Private practitioner
- The scientific presentation topic should preferably be interdisciplinary (Perio/Prostho/Endo)
- Abstracts are to be submitted online only at the conference website www.isprppondy2026.com after logging into the individual’s profile.
- Papers and posters presenting original research should submit a structured abstract (Title, Introduction, Methodology, Results and Conclusion). Other categories can submit a non-structured abstract.
- Abstract shall be truncated at 300 words.
- All abstracts for posters/papers/video will be the exclusive property of the Scientific Committee.
- Names of the presenting authors, Co-Authors, Guide, Name of Institution and E-mail ID should be present
- Registration ID should be mentioned for each poster/paper/video at the time of acceptance of the abstract and shall be communicated to the presenter through his / her profile login or website notification. The final presentation should not contain personal information (Name/institute/guide name/ place etc).
- All presenters and co-presenters (for paper and poster) will be presented with certificates for their Scientific Presentation. Individual registration and attendance is mandatory to obtain certificates.
- The time and schedule of the presentations will be announced after the last date of submission of abstracts.
- The Scientific Committee will have the sole discretion to accept/decline a paper/poster or change the category or convert a paper to a poster presentation, and this shall be communicated to the lead presenter.
- Abstracts should be sent by mail to isprppondyscientific@gmail.com on or before June 30th
- Last date for the submission of full presentation of Paper, e- poster and videos is on 25th July, 2026.
- Scientific presentations should be uploaded in the website, isprppondy2026.com, before 25th July 2026.
- Please do not submit modified versions of your presentations at the venue. The presentation submitted on or before July 25th will be taken as final.
Paper Presentation
Categories:
- Basic Research
- Clinical Trial / Case Report(s) / Case Series
- Preventive / Epidemiologic Research
- Some papers may be converted into posters based on the decision of the Scientific Committee, and the presenters will be informed accordingly.
- The duration for the paper will be 7 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for discussion.
- The speaker should strictly adhere to the schedule. The talk time will be strictly enforced by the Session Chair.
- All paper presentations are to be presented in a PowerPoint presentation 2010 or higher versions in ppt, pptx., 4:3 landscape format
- Participants should report to the allotted hall at least 30 minutes prior to beginning of the session.
- Please ensure that your final presentation is available for download on or before July 25th 2026. Please do not submit modified versions of your presentations at the venue. The presentation submitted on or before July 25th will be taken as final.
Dental Innovations
Categories:
- Innovation in designing of equipment, devices, Biomaterial.
- Innovation in drug delivery or medicaments.
- Innovation in Novel methodology.
- Maximum two delegates per submission are allowed.
- Abstract submission should not be more than 300 words.
- Format of the presentation can be in the form of e-poster or Paper presentation.
- Demonstrative models or prototypes which do not require additional electric connectivity or appliances are encouraged.
- Duration of presentation: 7 mins + 3mins for discussion.
- Please ensure the innovations are already filed for patent / copyright.
E-Poster Presentation

- Basic Research
- Clinical Trial / Case Report(s) / Case Series
- Preventive /Epidemiologic Research
- Review
- E-poster should be submitted as PPT or PDF in 16:9 portrait/landscape format. 5 minutes time will be allowed to present the poster in front of the judges.
- Participants should report to the allotted hall at least 30 minutes prior to beginning of the session.
- A maximum of two candidates can present a poster. Both presenters should be present at the time of the presentation. Individual registration is mandatory for the candidates.
- Only the first author can upload the abstract for poster, but the names and registration details (registration ID) of the second author should be mandatorily mentioned in the abstract.
- Last date for abstract submission is 30th June, 2026.
- Last Date for e-poster submission is on July 25th,2026.
Video Presentation
Categories:
- Lab procedure
- Clinical case (report) / techniques
- The videos should be clear with voiceover, and not exceeding 5 min.
- Videos must be submitted in MP4 format only. Presentation of the video submitted is not required.
- Last date for abstract submission is 30th June, 2026.
- Last date for video submission, July 25, 2026.
Please do not submit modified versions of your presentations at the venue. The presentation submitted on or before July 25th will be taken as final.
